Acteev® Donates Workout-Friendly Face Masks to Matthew McConaughey’s just keep livin’ Foundation

Over 1,000 Title I high school students receive zinc-powered Acteev face masks for use during after school fitness and wellness program

Acteev by Ascend Performance Materials is donating over 1,000 masks to Matthew McConaughey’s just keep livin’ Foundation, an after school fitness and wellness program with locations across the nation. As high school mask mandates continue, having workout-friendly, breathable, odor-free masks continue to be an important part of students’ success.

The just keep livin’ Foundation implements after school fitness and wellness programs in 40 inner city high schools/sites, encouraging students to make positive life choices that improve their physical and mental health through exercise, teamwork, gratitude, nutrition and community service.

“We want to help just keep livin’ students reach their health and fitness goals this year, and providing free, breathable masks ensures everyone is able to participate,” said Phil McDivitt, Chief Executive Officer at Ascend Performance Materials.

Supporting this effort, reusable are made for long, continuous wear utilizing odor- and bacteria- resistant zinc technology. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommend indoor masking by students, staff members, faculty and visitors in kindergarten through grade 12 who live in communities of substantial or high transmission.
